Chem International was formed in 1996. Its primary function was to globally source fatty alkyl molecules in support of surfactant manufacturing. Chem International Inc. has operated as an independent entity since 2000.
Our headquarters and primary warehousing are based in Greenville, South Carolina. Greenville is located approximately 200 miles from the port of Charleston (the 8th largest U.S. port) and 250 miles from the port of Savannah, GA (the 4th largest U.S. port). Additional contract warehouse locations include Chicago, Toronto, and Lake Charles, LA.
